We provide phone repair, computer & laptop repair, component level diagnosis and repairs, virus removal, software installation, network setups, general IT troubleshooting, supply and install of all IT equipment and data recovery services and more to both individuals and businesses.
Our fees vary based on the complexity and scope of the repair unless already stated with our fixed price services, and we’ll provide you with a email estimate prior to starting any work. Payment is due upon completion, and we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Credit card payments will incur an additional 2% processing fee for Visa and Mastercard and a 3% surcharge For Amex. This fee is added to cover the charges imposed on us by credit card companies and payment gateways. For all services we request full payment on completion of our service unless previously agreed upon.
All repairs come with a 90 days warranty. If you have any issues with functionality within 90 days of your repair, bring it and we will try to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Only parts replaced by our technicians are covered except, faulty logic board, physical and pressure damage. Proof of purchase is required for any kind of refund, return or exchange.
We know all too well that accidents happen. Unfortunately the warranty does not cover accidental damage if you break the device again, it is not covered by the TechnoFix warranty. The good news is we replace and repair with quality parts, of which some of our screens are OEM. We will also help protect your device from future accidents by recommending cases and screen protectors.
When repairing devices we may have to make minor cosmetic changes (bend out corners, file sharp edges, etc. These cosmetic differences are not covered by the warranty. If the housing is severely damaged on a device, we will advise that there is more risk to it breaking again, and may not offer a warranty. This accounts for less than 5% of our repairs. An example would be a severely bent iPhone or Samsung, but the customer dependent on having the screen replaced.
Internal parts of the phone can’t be seen unless the phone is opened for repair. If any parts inside the phone are damaged before or missing in the phone will not be the responsibility of the TechnoFix.
Please ensure that you have saved your data before repair as TechnoFix can not accept responsibility for any data lost on your device during the repair process.
All sales are considered final, TechnoFix will gladly exchange if product is unopened in original condition with a receipt within 14 days will not issue a refund unless replacement is not available, store credits may be issued as an alternative for returns.
